About the Role
As we continue to expand, we, AG&P LNG, are seeking a 5-10 year PQE lawyer with experience in energy, corporate, or finance law to support our LNG and downstream gas business.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-growing company, working on complex and high-impact projects across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal support on LNG and natural gas projects, including corporate structuring, project financing, joint ventures, and commercial agreements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts across M&A, project development, and financing transactions.
- Advise on regulatory, compliance, and risk management matters in international energy markets.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including commercial, finance, and operations teams, as well as external advisors and counterparties.
What We’re Looking For
- 5-10 years PQE with a strong background in energy, corporate, or finance law (ideally from a leading law firm or in-house in the energy sector).
- Fluent English speaker with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Experience in LNG, gas, or broader energy transactions is highly desirable.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
